| Morning Exercises |
Our time at the Eco Lodge continued on Wednesday where we began our day with exercises and a prayer circle led by our friends from Salvador, Bahia. It was a musical and danced prayer which called us to reflect on our bodies, blood, breath and spirit. It was a great opening for a day that would be filled with reflection. As we prepared to leave and return to the city, we met again with our small groups from the previous evening. Each small group gave a presentation to describe the experience of being together as an Ursuline youth community. Skits, songs and poems (in both English and Portuguese!) were enjoyed by all before we packed up and headed back to Ribeirao Preto.
