Last Wednesday we enjoyed a very special school-wide community learning day on Global Issues Day. We welcomed dozens of speakers and special guests to our campus, all of whom encouraged our students to find their passions and to "make noise" about those important causes which touch their hearts and minds. Much like a professional conference, there were featured speakers and smaller sessions, many led by our own students and teachers. There was also a festive Global Market where all profits went to schools and NGOs that empower women and help lift them out of poverty. It was a busy and thought-provoking day and we are grateful to all who helped make it a wonderful day!
